Sharing two common faults of IBM laptop

Sharing two common faults of IBM laptop ,
1, IBM R32 power on , it works well , But it will make " flower screen " or white screen , even system halted , if you move the laptop . checked  reason , it is Pseudo Soldering which screen cable connect motherboard socket usually .
2,  IBM T23 can't use serial port , Can't find the serial port hardware equipment in system Properties, checked the serial port control IC MAX3243 damaged .
