lenovo z470 does not display ...

lenovo z470 does not display , current about 0.7A , Power on , checked one inductance has 0V voltage to CPU ,  Power chip is ISL95831 , Integrated graphics is 0V voltage . According to the experience , we usual replace cpu , rewrite bios and replace HM65 chip .  Completion of this three-step , but it is still same fault , then found the network card is very hot, and removed it .  the current became 1.3A ,Lcd started display .
