DELL N4030 laptop's a common fault , power on , the current was 0.12A only , does not work , checked the audio control IC U3001--92HD79B1A5 damaged . so there is short circuit between +5V_RUN and GND . replaced it , the laptop works . please note remove and install , can not use heat gun , because there is a small cmos battery on the back .
